1. Design, Implement and Improve manufacturing systems and processes. 2. Creation of machine, parts and structures from various raw materials based on engineering drawings and build product as per contract. 3. Co-ordinate with technicians and provide support to all teams and maintain quality of all work processes in systems. 4. Managing all communication with supervisors and ensuring efficiency of all fabrication process and resolve issues for processes. 5. Preparing estimates and quotes for all supply materials & assist to fabricate & weld all products. 6. Coordinating with sales team & prepare all product designs and develop products for R&D teams. 7. Maintain quality for all fabrication from conceptualization to implementation and perform inspection. 8. Assist manager & prepare reports on regular basis after final inspections. 9. Discussing about the fire preventing equipment and techniques with the contractors, designers and other structural workers with compliance to the fire safety rules and regulations of the department. 10. Assisting the fire fighters in preventing, dousing and reducing any dangers related to fires. Ensuring that the training equipment are advanced and grooming classes on fire safety are being held regularly 11. Holding various investigations on fire agents, fire protection equipment and other implements. Talking to the work personnel about the fire safety rules and regulations and suggesting modifications as and when needed. 12. Ensuring that the fire protection systems and alarm schemes that are functional in order to protect human lives and belongings from fires are in agreement with the policies and regulations of the fire department. 13. Assisting the workers with technical problems in the fire sites and executing all the other particular duties in fire and safety. 14. Analyzing the abstraction between the origin of fires and materials to ascertain the reasons behind fires. Participating in workplaces, meetings, or group meetings in order to give or receive data with regard to fire safety and fire prevention. 15. Examining the buildings, constructions and other structures in order to decide the needs of the fire safety systems and possible issues in regions like water system facilities, outlet placements, and building materials. 16. Executing the responsibilities of a senior mechanical engineer in his absence.
