Engineering management of complex jobs (EPC) in particular of plants for municipal and industrial (O&G and Petrochemical) water & wastewater treatment. This activity includes:
- Staffing of the engineering team (bid & execution phase)
- Engineering budget estimation (bid & execution phase)
- Management of engineering staff (Internal, Outsourced, remote located)
- Standardization and integration of the QA procedures linked to engineering
- Training of engineer team
- Monitoring of the engineering progress and budget
- Closed work with PM for risk and opportunity management.
