- Chairs and leads customer meetings - Manages clients and contractuals. - Provides regular reporting on projects - Leads and directs team leaders and third parties/vendors with support. - Validates project plan. - Contributes to development, maintenance and approval of project plans. - Trouble-shooting and contingency planning - Communicates the importance/impact of the project with the client. - Liaises with leads managers. - Identifying risks - Lead project presentations - Identifying, resolves and escalates risks and/or issues for assigned projects.
