With 6 years of Customer Service, back-office, fraud analyst and other administrative works performed in the business process outsourcing. Also had 2 years of experience as Project Manager/General VA, I have clients whose line of businesses are E-commerce, B2B & B2C sales and other project-based work where I need to perform research and other admin duties.
