In the period 2012-2016 I was the Institutional Erasmus Coordinator - Head of the Erasmus+ Office, University of Petrosani, and my activities within Erasmus+ Program, KA1 were: - estimate the mobilities number (both for students and staff), and according to this, fulfill the online application for the next academic year; - establish all the activities schedule; - continuous monitoring: before, during and after mobilities; - define and implement new ideas and concepts for promotional materials. Manage the financial and human resources in order to achieve the proposed objectives Define and track the implementation of the procedures within Erasmus+ Program, KA1 Manage relationships with national and international partners (EU Universities and institutions) Maintain the old Inter-institutional Agreements and identify new partners for our University Update the Mobility Tool platform Update the Erasmus+ UPET Facebook page
