I am an experienced and efficient proofreader, editor and translator with an excellent track record. Transcription, data entry, administrative help also provided. During 2008, I became a freelance editor, project manager, translator and proofreader. Since then, I have project managed 168 titles for various publishers, which have all been completed and printed. Some of these included e-publications and blogs, as well as the management of two companies’ online presence. I have edited a variety books (ranging in page extent from 164 to 500 pages), and proofread many. My duties included financial planning and reporting on budget, assessment of manuscripts, developing social media strategies, copy editing and content editing, commissioning and approving artwork, styling manuscripts for InDesign, cover production and photo shoots, proofreading, permissions and translations (from Afrikaans to English, and vice versa).
