I need accounting firm use of Quick Books account, bank, and loan statements along with all sales and purchase data in right format. Requirements vary from client to client depending upon the nature and workflow of business.
2- Quick Book leverage before an order placement!
I make myself sure that your books are ready for the work. If I found discrepancies in the books which need to be rectified before I start my job. I point out those to the you, if you are agreeing to rectify them. Then I will move forward.
3- I use BS description for analyzing the nature of the transaction
But I don’t rely wholly solely on description & Quick Books artificial intelligence. If need I will ask you about transactions purpose by preparing an excel queries sheet.
4- Need statement in PDF format.
Even your Bank is connected to Quick Books account. I will need statements for cross- check transactions with Quick Books register reconciliation and adjusting /Strip fees appropriately.
