Python based web development using Django framwework, web2 or Flask is what we specialize in. We recommend a good integration of JS based frontend layer to consume Python based backend(supporting REST) . However, that's just a personal opinion. we adapt to the frameworks and tools used. Hosting servers and administration using apache2/nginx and python version management on VPS is also what we've been doing successfuly. we also use a lot of skills on UI part like twitter bootstrap, jquery ui like frameworks for eye candy.
