I’m a seasoned Quality Assurance Engineer with over 20 years of experience in software development and software testing, specializing in ensuring system reliability, usability, and performance in large-scale and mission-critical environments.
For the past 14 years, I’ve worked at Serpro, a Remote-friendly Government Tech Provider, leading QA efforts for Porto Sem Papel — a nationwide port management platform used in 100+ ports across Brazil, integrating government and private sector operations. My work includes designing and executing manual and API test plans, validating REST APIs with Postman, and managing test cases in Jira + Xray, with a strong focus on defect analysis and regression testing.
