- QA Manager with an overall experience of over 11 years in manual testing was last working in Citiustech Healthcare Pvt. Ltd, Mumbai (INDIA). - Proficiency in application testing in .NET and Java Framework. - Product testing experience in Networking and Telecom domain. - Hands-on experience in automation tools Selenium, FIST and Rational Functional - Tester for designing and developing test scripts in Core Java and C#. - Experience in leading a team of (10-15) members including task assignment, tracking work progress, perform work reviews, performing knowledge sharing sessions and generate test reports, defects reports, and product quality assurance documentation. - Experience in developing and implementing QA strategy and Feature Test Plans. - Experience in designing and writing test cases using test management tools Quality Centre (QC) and Test link. - Hands-on experience in bug tracking tools Bugzilla, Quality Centre (QC) and Team Foundation Server (TFS). - Experience of leading the project in various internal company audits. - Experience in working closely with the onshore team for reporting team status in daily/monthly meetings and leading the offshore test team in story grooming sessions, Sprint Review and Sprint retrospective. - Experience in process-oriented aspects of Testing Life Cycle and SDCL methodologies (Waterfall and Agile - Scrum). - Excellent problem analysis and problem-solving skills. - A team player and a highly motivated individual.
