I am a computer Literate for almost 4 years. i do very detailed presentations, making proof reading and converting complex data to another document. Almost 4 years of experience as a Quality Assurance in the Best BPO (Business Outsourcing Company) in the Philippines. I am responsible for sustaining the Quality of the Project. Making sure to meet the deadlines ahead of time. Making queries to the Client and answering phone calls from the production facilities. Aside from that, i do also other projects. I am not just focusing in one project. I do believe that if you engage in the other projects you will earn different kinds of skills that will help you to develop more skills and add more knowledge. I can do multi-tasking but of course i will make sure that it has a high quality. I believe in maintaining work-life balance which is essential in today’s stress driven society as well. This attitude helps me to work in a more efficient way, every day. I love to spend time with my family, especially i am so excited to my incoming baby boy. When free I love to cook.
