I have gone through Total Take off, Rate Analysis, BOQ , Specifications , Tendering & Estimation, Scope of Work , Clarifications/Qualifications, Enquires, Extra Item/Unscheduled/ Non BOQ Items , Reconciliation of Material and Labor , Profit- Loss Statement , Excess – Saving Statement , Variations , Preparation Bar Bending Schedule , Monthly Billing and Invoices , Pre – Final Billing etc. as per IS 1200 and Smm7, SMM4 regarding method of Measurement.
