Currently been working as a Subject Matter Expert in Intuit for more than 2 years and a Quickbooks user for 8 years. I do support customers who are using Quickbooks Desktop. Being the responsible for solving basic to complex issues all related to Quickbooks Program, company file problem and even computer technical concerns. Issues like Bank reconciliation, accounts payable and receivables, inventory tracking, customer jobs/class, filing payroll taxes, sales taxes, customizing reports and so on.
