I will work with your data frames and tables, use R and RStudio for data analysis tasks including data wrangling/manipulation, EDA, visualization, and modelling. I will write you bug-free R functions and produce publication-quality plots for your data. I'll perform data analysis for scientific research, and help visualize your data using R's quality-graphic feature. 

For bioinformatics, I will work with your biological data, your DNA, RNA, and protein sequences. I'll perform sequence analysis and annotation. For bioinformatics, I'll work with your NGS sequence data for various analyses, using a variety of tools including RStudio, Geneious, Artemis, and online servers, depending on the analysis needs.
