WCDMA/ UMTS,HSPA, HSPA+ RAN optimization, ensure optimal RF conditions on clusters after antenna swaps,new sectors or nodes integrated to the network. Analyses counters and metrics on current capacity and usage of network. Parameter audits and optimization (parameters such as: inter freq HO, inter blind HO, intra freq HO, 2G and 4G reselection, features activation, neighbor list analysis and optimization, power settings, load algorithms). Perform RF changes and proposals (tilt, azimuth, antenna height, antenna type, new node,sector expansions) to increase coverage, reduce DL interference,pilot pollution, ensure optimal node/cluster performance. Drive test post processing, data analysis and reporting. Coordinate activities and support drive test teams and tower climb personnel. Cluster definition and drive test routes design using mapinfo, google maps, OSM roads (ensuring principal roads are covered,considering morphology limitations, first ring of nodes around the new node or sector, and other target criteria). Perform single site verification (SSV) & preliminary acceptance certificate (PAC) for RF cluster acceptance. Test, trace, troubleshoot and monitor network key performance indicators (KPI)
