I want to understand what your needs are, so expect a lot of clarifying questions.   Expect that if I am unable to meet your requirements, I will not move forward on your project.   I can deliver a great react-based web application that will meet the design specifications with a near pixel perfection.

I am, however, not a designer.  As much as I would like to be one, I lack the color vision to discern what works well.   I can work from virtually any type of design document.   I like to set clearly established specifications before work begins, along with measurable markers to discern the progress that I make.
