I am Industrial Engineer by education specializing in Business Process Improvement Projects, however I have spent 6 of my 10 working years as a BPO employee. The last position I held was as a Communications Coach training agents to improve the English and communication soft skills. I also have 4 years working as a Business Analyst focusing on Process Improvement Projects. I am also hardworking, resourceful, assertive, and very flexible. I'm willing to learn and I'm a quick study. I ask a lot of questions in the beginning but once I get a good handle of things I require minimal supervision
