1. I have 5+ years of experience in Ruby on rails web application development including 3 years of experience in installation, configuration and maintenance of Redmine. 2. Hands on experience in developing many custom plugins like jira & Sonar integration, Reporting Tool (like Weekly status report, Bench strength), Bulk Issue/Tasking creation from Excel sheet, and employee timesheet and installation/configuration of multiple famous plugins. Custom Dashboard display based on the logged in user role. 3. Strong experience in writing SQL Queries and optimizing the queries for better performance. 4.
