I have been in the Residential Mortgage business for over 20 years. I am very knowledgeable and up to date with all current issues surrounding the Residential side of Mortgage Lending. This includes legal, political and industry updates as well as affects on the consumer. I am NMLS licensed and am a small non-bank owned Mortgage Lender who has also functioned as a Mortgage Broker. I reviously sat on the Alabama State Board of Directors for the Mortgage Bankers Association and have also been active in the Mortgage Broker Community. I have consulted with Independent Mortgage companies as well as Community Banks to help them start a Mortgage Division from scratch or to transition into a fully functional Correspondent Lender.
