I am a small business owner who has worked for both regional and large mortgage banking companies. I have previously sat on the Alabama State Board of Directors for the Mortgage Bankers Association and have also been active in the Mortgage Broker Community. I have consulted with independent mortgage companies as well as Community Banks to help them start a Mortgage Division from scratch or to transition into a fully functional Correspondent Lender. I am NMLS Licensed and Originate Residential Mortgage loans for a living.
Work Terms
Will write freelance articles, commentary, feedback, discussions etc. Work on a case by case basis. Hourly rate for this service is $25. Normal consulting fees range from $150-200 per hour plus expenses depending on the scope of the project.
