I love discussing and writing about health and nutrition and exercise. I am currently hooked on Tibetan Yoga and the four-minute tabata workout which I perform with squats and cycling.
I attend boxing training for the strength training and speed work and do regular spinning classes for cardiovascular training. I am not a fan of running, I prefer mountain biking and spinning. I subscribe to Mens Fitness and Mens Health, I find the Women's health magazines do not contain workouts intense enough for me to buy. I like pushing my body to the limit, but also follow a varied diet and try to eat every three hours to keep my metabolism high.
I am attracted to projects that excite and intrigue me. I am looking forwards to putting in lots of research and creative writing into the projects I bid for.
