My name is Cruzan Mathurin I am an energetic and dedicated person willing to achieve any goals and also meet targets. I have great Verbal and Written Communication Skills and I have been told to “bring a smile to everyone face I meet and I know how to grant customers the satisfaction that they need.” I am also an excellent team player. I can also perform to the best of my abilities even in a pressurized working environment. 

I am willing to learn new ideas that will enhance me as an individual. I am capable of using Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Zendesk, Canva and I am also willing to learn any new software that may need it. I have been working in the customer service industry for 11 years now. 

I have a Bachelor's Degree from Monroe College in Hospitality Management and I also received Chairman's Excellence award for customer service from Pizzaboys Group of Companies/ Rituals Coffee House, I earned this award due to my impeccable customer service, going above and beyond for both internal and external customers. I am capable of producing good quality work and I am effective in any task given to me. I am self-driven, self-motivated, hardworking, innovative, determined, metrics-driven, and punctual. I also understand the American culture which makes it easy for me to get the job done quicker and blend in.
