Our mission is to provide you with prompt, courteous, and professional assistance in meeting your computer related needs: * We get you and your systems up and running FAST. * We do not charge a call out fee. * We do not charge for travel time within 20 miles of our shop. * We bill for onsite work in 30 minute increments after the first hour. * We bill for remote & telephone support in 15 minute increments.
