Independently developing a strategic plan for the company based on learnings from the IT ecosystem is something that I have been working to achieve and the ever-growing market is where I tend to find inspiration from. I believe in the power of programming along with clear communication to transform ideas into real-time solutions. Solving the never-ending puzzle of customer success is something I am passionately involved with.

Prior work experience as a UI/UX designer has helped me bridge the gap between the client and the team. Trying to find the answer to "WHY?" either from the client or the team is something that I am always curious about. This has been continuously motivating me to learn more about customer-centric decisions that enable firms to thrive.
