I am a sales operations leader with 20+ years of experience transforming the pre- and post-sale processes in various organizations to deliver best-in-class insights and productivity improvements. For the majority of my sales operations career, I have accomplished these improvements through key customizations, automations, and integrations with Salesforce.com (SFDC). As a hybrid administrator/developer, I am fluent in the user interface capabilities of SFDC (e.g., workflows, custom objects & fields, flows, process builder, dashboards & reports, etc.), as well as the back-end structure (i.e., Apex, Visualforce, Javascript, DataLoader, Eclipse, etc.). Using the powerful capabilities of SFDC and integrated applications, I have driven operational efficiencies throughout various sales organizations and aligned them more closely with the needs of other business groups (i.e., Finance, Marketing, Product, IT, etc.). Simultaneously, I’ve built robust reports & dashboards to measure key performance metrics throughout the organizations to derive analysis and insights used for making informed business and strategy decisions. I am accustomed to working with leadership at the C-level as well as all business units to improve sales and revenue forecasting accuracy, create fair and effective compensation programs, and optimize the on-boarding and ongoing training for key processes and technology.
