- Research, write, edit and proof all levels of copy included headlines and body copy, for all online, offline, external and internal needs. - I was responsible for handling ADSL requests from customers, I work through many different channels starting form checking the technical conditions of landlines and the availablity for installing ADSL service for each landline,contacting customers to set up dates and reserve installation visits for them and creating their billing accounts on system with the required speeds to deliver the router and service working normally with them. - Deliver service and support to end-users using and operating automated call distribution phone software, via remote connection or over the Internet; - Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services - Research required information using available resources
