I find working in Sales and Customer Service very challenging but rewarding at the same time. I remember when one of our loyal customer quoted " You know what Rose, your patience along with your knowledge are very rare in this modern customer service, I hope your company hire more people like you." I felt so honored nd humbled at the same time. I love selling and helping customers, it comes so naturally like I made for this amazing role with noble purpose. I started my humble journey as a Sales Specialist in 2014. I became one of the Sales Specialist for Apple Reseller Store. Apple trained us how to effectively sell their products based on the story behind the features. In 2018, I ventured to BPO Industry and because of my background in Sales, I was assigned for a Tele sales role. As a Tele sales Representative we are dealing with customers orders, upgrades, phone issues, billing and general inquiries. I worked for Sprint for more than two years. Sales is not merely selling a specific products or services. It's beyond that, you need to know your customers from their perspective. What are the things matters to them? How can your products or services add value to their everyday life? What is the best solution you can offer that matches their needs and wants? Those are the questions, I'm asking myself every time I talk to customers. Building rapport, empathy, asking the right questions and overcoming objections are very important. Understanding my customer emotions and letting them fell that I understand mold me to a fine Sales Representative. I take pride in providing quality sales and excellent customer experience that won their trust towards the products and company I'm representing.
