Shopify Specialist/VA:

Product Upload & Management

• Add, update, and manage products in Shopify, including titles, descriptions, pricing, and inventory.

• Upload and optimize high-quality product images and videos.

• Set up product variants (size, color, material, etc.) and SKU codes.

• Assign accurate categories, tags, and collections for easy navigation.

Content Optimization

• Write SEO-friendly product titles and descriptions to improve search rankings.

• Optimize product images for fast loading and better user experience.

• Ensure product details comply with brand guidelines and store policies.

Shopify Store Management

• Customize product pages using Shopify’s Dawn theme or other themes as required.

• Update and maintain product collections, menus, and homepage sections.

• Manage product visibility (draft, active, archived) and scheduling.

• Apply discounts, compare-at prices, and promotions.

Quality Control

• Review and proofread product listings for accuracy and consistency.

• Test product pages to ensure correct functionality (variants, add-to-cart, checkout).

• Monitor out-of-stock items and update inventory as needed.

Coordination & Support

• Collaborate with marketing teams to align product listings with campaigns.

• Respond to internal requests for product updates or changes.

• Maintain an organized product database and archive.

Data Entry & Reporting

• Track and update product inventory levels.

• Generate product-related reports for management review.

• Ensure accurate recordkeeping for SKUs, suppliers, and product details.

Technical & App Integration

• Use Shopify apps for bulk uploads, SEO, and image optimization.

• Troubleshoot minor Shopify theme or app issues related to products.
