• Over 6 years of proven experience in areas such as customer service, data analysis, project on boarding and feasibility analysis, team management. • Hands on experience on driving process improvements through the concepts of lean six-sigma. • Experience in testing the on-boarded program to identify probable failure modes. • Experience in creating process level and task level process workflows to identify optimal process path to avoid any possible information loss. • Experience in writing complex SQL queries involving multiple tables, views using various types of joins. • Experience in creating custom reports using Data Visualization tools such as Microsoft Power Pivot. • Experience in building Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) solutions for data warehousing using SQL Server Integration Services. • Ability to work on several projects simultaneously with minimal guidance. • Excellent oral and written communication skills, and excellent stake holder management skills. • Outstanding team player, strong work ethics, detail oriented, enthusiastic and a quick learner with a positive attitude.
