This project showcases the design and development of a 9-meter steel geodesic dome engineered for structural strength, modular assembly, and solar panel integration.

The dome is constructed using precision-fabricated steel connectors (HUBs) and high-strength connecting rods, forming a triangulated geodesic framework that ensures excellent load distribution and durability. The structure is designed to support solar glass panels, creating a self-sustaining, energy-efficient dome solution.

2. Total 91 precision CNC-manufactured connectors
3. 312 connecting rods designed for structural stability
4. Stainless steel (Grade 304) material selection
5. CNC machining, laser cutting, precision bending, Argon welding & polishing
Optimized dome top with engineered slope for ventilation
Modular design for easy transportation and assembly
Integrated solar panel cladding system
