The US$49 starting scope covers one workbook or CSV, one root-cause failure, up to three sheets or 5,000 rows, expected-result checks and one in-scope revision. Repeated cells are included when they share the same root cause. Larger cleanup, reconciliation or local Python automation is quoted by files, rows, business rules and acceptance tests—not by a token formula count.
Production credentials, live databases, undefined business rules, regulated data, scraping with unclear permission, cloud deployment and whole-system builds are excluded from the starter scope.
