The engagement starts with one redacted input, one required output and one acceptance check. I preserve the original, reproduce the problem, make the smallest defined repair, validate expected results, isolate exceptions and deliver a plain-English change or run note. Depending on the scope, the output may be a corrected workbook, a clean CSV package or a reusable local file-processing script with tests.
I work remotely from Toronto. I do not request production credentials, connections to live databases, payment information or unredacted regulated data for the starter scope. Undefined business rules, cloud deployment, whole-system builds and unlimited revisions require a separate written scope.
