Sr. Sector Specialist(M&E and MIS), BRAC

I have been working with BRAC, World Largest Non-Governmental Organization since 2013. I have an extensive knowledge and experience of the work involved here. My key role as a Sr Sector Specialist involved in managing Programme Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), Management Information System (MIS). In addition to this, I'm responsible for Data collection, processing, validation and analysis. Beside these I am capable to develop and implement strategies to function a smooth continuum of service delivery including social mobilization activities. My Duties/Responsibilities as per JD of Organization: • Support to develop and implement strategies to function a smooth continuum of service delivery including social mobilization activities in the MIYCN Home Fortification programme of BRAC Health Program funded by Children`s Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF) through Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN). • Responsible for Programme Monitoring and Evaluation(M&E), MIS (Management Information System), Design/planning, implementation of the MIYCN program Coordinated whenever necessary with higher management, GAIN Bangladesh, icddr b, SMC, Monitoring Unit of BRAC Health Program, Finance & Accounts, Advocacy for Social Changeand Research and Evaluation Division of BRAC. • Support analysis of data and prepare reports for assessment of progress and areas for improvement. • Support to prepare successive year budget and follow-up expenditure of the project. • Prepared Monthly progress report, Monthly Performance Report (MPR) also support to prepare quarterly progress report, yearly work plan for GAIN. • Conduct Training of Trainers (TOT), Training and meeting. • Undertake periodic review on the operation of the monitoring and reporting mechanism including the preparation of best practices and lesson learned. • Performed frequent field visit for facilitate supervision and monitoring of the progress in working areas and followed-up capacity building of grassroots workers and also assist to implementation of the field activities at community level. • Developed guidelines, performance checklist, BCC materials, Module, user-friendly guidelines, and other documents for field workers, aimed at improving performance of service providers. • Support to HR Department, Recruitment and Selection of the project staff whenever necessary. • Perform other duties assigned regarding field operation as necessary.
