I have B.S. in applied math and Ph.D in Statistics. I have done a lot of data analysis and modeling work. I use Matlab, R, perl and python a lot in everyday work. I have a lot of experience working on molecular biological data such as RNAseq, WGS, WES, scRNA, arry and PPI.
