It is a fantasy world that allows creativity to take over. I have done many many rough sketches for approval prior to layout on the final surface for final rendering and these have sharpened my skills for this work. Over the years I have found that I enjoy this part of the illustration process very much! I get to focus on the storyline and create the characters in their worlds along with page layouts that have zing.
