It included basic hardware setup, Windows Server Manager, Active Directory, Network Development including I.P. schematics and network design, Cloud Management, and Security Protection. I have experience in helpdesk and have over 20 years experience in customer support. In my latest job, I manage Acronis Cyber Protect, OvrC, Syncro, Sentinel One Antivirus, and Hudu.
