My experience includes network and hardware troubleshooting, server administration, CCTV deployment, user access management, and supporting business-critical applications across large teams. In my most recent role as IT Manager, I led a team of 10 IT professionals while managing IT operations for several companies, including Park Hospitals, Neptune Health, PGC Education, and Pathe Academy.
