My go-to tools are: - ActiveCampaign --- [[ Recent integration projects ]] - Integrated Salesforce with Drip.com. When a new lead is added to Salesforce, they get added to Drip.com email database. When certain checkboxes are ticked in the leads' Salesforce profile, add or remove specific tags from their Drip profile. When an email is sent from Drip, add a record of it to the leads' activity in Salesforce. - Custom Zapier integration with NationBuilder.com. Includes a few triggers and many actions such Create new person, add a donation and log contact. - Online Purchase Request approval workflow. A person fills out an online form (Kissflow) and submits for approval. Manager approves it and using those details, a PDF is created with the approved Purchase Order and automatically emailed to Supplier for fulfillment. - Custom subscription cancelation form in WordPress with "roadblocks" and Stripe integration. When a user goes to cancel their subscription, a form ask them a series of questions about the reason for cancellation. If they say, for example, they need more time to try the app, we offer them an extension of their trial and if they say yes, it tells Stripe to extend the trial. All done with a few lines of code and Zapier! - Trial signup detective: When a customer signs up for a new trial, we use FullContact to search for their company name, job title, and social accounts and email it to me. - SMS customer using Twilio when the order is marked as sent on Monday.com --- [[ What My Clients Are Saying ]] "AMAZING!
