Mr. Tetteh holds a BSc (Hons) Management in Computer Studies from Wisconsin International University College with other Professional Qualification such as Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer,(MCSE,MCSA,RHCA- Linux In India, PMP from Cambridge Center of Excellence, Hardware and Network Engineering etc.) Create, operate, modify and delete username and passwords of employees in the system in line with approved IT policies/guidelines. Monitor approved security software and tools to ensure maximum security and protection against ICT intrusion and other attacks. Provide support in the investigation of IT related issues/challenges. Perform troubleshooting on IT related issues. Train staff/Users on basic ICT systems within prescribed limits of authority. Maintain professional relationship with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the operations of the Technology Department. Stay abreast with new/emerging developments and international best practice in IT management to facilitate/enhance the operations of the company. Prepare for review weekly status reports on WAN, LAN, and all IT infrastructure and connectivity. Prepare monthly and periodic reports related to job function. Perform any other functional related duties as may be assigned
