Mr. Tetteh holds a BSc (Hons) Management in Computer Studies from Wisconsin International University College with other Professional Qualification such as Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer,(MCSE,MCSA,RHCA- Linux In India, PMP from Cambridge Center of Excellence, Hardware and Network Engineering etc.)
He has also been involved in implementing several projects in Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management both international and Local (Ghana, Guinea, Sierra Leone)
Samuel has previous experience in Implement approved policies, Standards Operating Procedures (SOPs), work plan and other support systems for the Technology Department of the company to achieve targeted objectives.
Perform maintenance activities (including LANs, WANs, Internet, intranet, security, wireless installations, etc.) on the company’s infrastructure systems in line with approved schedule dates.
Collate data/information for the preparation of Proposals, bid documents, contracts, scope of work and other documentation for IT infrastructure projects.
Conduct research and identify products, services, protocols, and standards in support of all infrastructure procurement and developmental efforts.
Implement approved Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plans for the company and other clients as directed.
Responsible for the installation and configuration of hardware (i.e. PCs, laptops, Printers, Scanners, etc.) and other peripherals to facilitate business operations.
Perform ongoing performance tuning hardware upgrade and resource optimization as directed.
Test and monitor network/server performance and performance statistics/reports to Superior Officer to facilitate the development of strategies for maintaining IT infrastructure.

Create, operate, modify and delete username and passwords of employees in the system in line with approved IT policies/guidelines.
Monitor approved security software and tools to ensure maximum security and protection against ICT intrusion and other attacks.
