tableless CSS using web standards w/ PHP

If the project is provided to me with a web design in Photoshop format I will program it into a standards-compliant CSS website with no tables. This will include a home page (landing page), a secondary page (that the client can populate with content) and a contact page with a functioning PHP form emailer. If the page is less than six pages and the content is provided I will populate the content for free.
