Assist client in keeping abreast of changes in taxation legislations to accurately perform simple and complex tax services such as interviewing, ensuring client confidentiality and privacy, calculating, preparing, submitting tax returns, streamlining, minimizing tax liability, and advising clients about business plans and investment opportunities that are impacted by the changes. Evaluate individual and business information to determine compliance with federal and state tax regulations. Review, research, and provide resolution/recommendation to inquiries and notices from Federal and State tax authorities.
