I have 4 years of experience in recruitment and sales. I am responsible for the end to end recruitment so I start from posting and advertising job ads, shortlist candidates, manage candidate pipelines and interviewing candidates. I will then forward these candidates to the hiring manager, right now I am communicating to foreign clients. On the side of these core tasks are bulk of admin tasks and data management.
