I have a long and decorated career in Customer Service and Sales. Started my career at the age of 18 in 2009 for a company called hotels.com (Expedia affiliate). Even as a raw talent back then, I've already displayed top-notch skills in handling irate and demanding customers. There are many factors contributing to my success in the field, but the main ones are my mastery of the English language (written and verbal) and my ability to build rapport and build that human connection. I've had tons of experience in different fields since then - anywhere from Customer Service to Upselling and Hard Sales to Tech Support. Having worked for massive companies such as Telus, Time Warner Cable (currently known as Spectrum) and Comcast. While I may check a lot of your boxes, the one thing that you can count on me over anything else is my professionalism and my perfect attendance. I am willing to work within our allotted agreed-upon time-frame but I will do my best to make myself available in emergency situations that you may need my services.
