In my continuing quest to learn new writing formats, I recently studied technical writing and editing through Humber College. I know how to write within the distinct structure of technical manuals and other company communications, how to make a document sound natural while conforming to your company's style (or how to create a company style guide if you don't have one), and how to review long documents or entire websites for usability.
