My career started with helping to develop a reading curriculum for kindergarteners, then I transitioned to updating and/or creating curriculum for the hospitality and tourism industry, manufacturing industry, 3-D technology and printing, and many more subjects. These curricula started with me researching the software or technology used, reaching out to SMEs, as needed, and creating media pieces for DEPCO’s LMS, providing voice-over script and narration, and detailed procedural steps in the manuals for both instructors and students. My favorite curriculum that I developed was for DEPCO’s GEARS Education line, which centered around small-scale battle bots (15 lbs). After talking with students and teachers while attending the National Robotics League (NRL) Championships, I created a cohesive combat robot curriculum. I attending the NRL Championships for three years and was even a robot inspector, with duties including the weight, build, and weaponry used on the robots. I am comfortable writing standard operating procedures and well as job aids, documentation, and other necessary documentation. I have extensive experience working with Sharepoint to collaborate with subject matter experts.
