Telecommunication Engineer

I'm from Bolivia (Latin America), I'm a telecommunication engineer, and also I have studies on Systems engineering. I worked in call centers and at home for the last 12 years, in customer service and technical support, project developer, and virtual assistant. My last job at a call center was floor manager (I started as an agent, got promoted to supervisor and finally floor manager) I worked with 3 customer service campaigns, so I’m very familiar with complaints and angry customers. I have demonstrated the ability to effectively handle situations or inquiries while working within policy, procedures and standard processes. You will find I am detail oriented and able to analyze, prioritize and resolve client requests or issues quickly and effectively. I possess excellent communication skills both oral and written. I have remarkable interpersonal, organizational and time management skills. I am well versed in all the Microsoft Office suite applications. Furthermore, I learn new applications quickly and efficiently. I am able to support team goals along with finishing my assigned tasks which makes me a perfect fit for a multitasking environment such as yours. I have gained extensive experience meeting and greeting clients and responding efficiently and effectively to any customer inquiries. As a customer service assistant, I have experience using database management systems (CRM). My job has required strong planning and organizational skills coupled with an in-depth analytical approach to problem management. I have also had the opportunity to develop strong interpersonal communication and customer assessment skills. The key to good customer service is to treat the customer as you would wish to be treated if the tables were turned.
