- Ensuring the fulfillment of SLA agreed with vendors and customers.
- Help providing resources for customer demands for the lack of any network resource.
- Provide and implement End to End technical solutions for all types of requests; for all kind of customers in the specified time to meet KPIs.
- Provide and implement technical feasibility of the regular and urgent requests.
- Studying Forecast requests with Planning Departments, to provide the annual demands for mobile operators, ISPs & VIP customers.
- Optimization plan is done periodically to maintain an efficient transmission network.
- Prepare the necessary databases and reports required for the top management.
