I've been to Outbound Sales Campaign for more than 7years with different company and counting. I also tried hard selling which personal information of the customer will be collected. I've also handled Cold Calling, Email, and even Appointment Setting. I encounter different types of customer or client all of them I handled with sincerity just win their heart and buy your product or services. I also encounter very very irate customer what did I do I need to be calm throughout the call and be patient to take over the conversation, eventually I solve the problem and provide the solution of the customer. Outbound Sales is not an easy job but you get commission.
