For long time we were looking for a company who understand the communication protocols, have experience with APIs and webhooks. The job was to create some sample projects that can be used as reference by our new and existing customers.
I was impressed how Trignobit handled the project. They did not take much time to understand the platform and showed lots of excitement about the possible applications they can create using APIs.
Avi created a list of almost 25 sample application projects that he promised to complete in one month. Some examples were, Click to Call Application, Multilevel IVRs, Bulk SMS application, SMS forward, automated call transfer etc.
During the month, his team was sending me daily updates and kept updating me on the progress. There were few things they could not finish cause of some urgency with the developer, which they took care of it later.
Overall, I found them very professional and knowledgeable in their space. They delivered what they promised.
